Ask for the current copies
The certificates reproduced in the brochure carry 2020 dates. Certificate numbers are not reprinted on this website. The English legal style on those certificates is “Anhui Lubao Geosynthetics Co., Ltd.”, while the cover style used here is “Anhui Lubao Geotechnical Material Co., Ltd.”.
Design-patent and utility-model certificates are also pictured. Their titles and numbers are not clear enough to publish. The company says it holds several patents.
Product standards
Standards the brochure manufactures to.
Citing a standard means the product page is written against that document. It is not, by itself, a third-party certificate for a batch you have not seen.

HDPE, GRI and ASTM
For HDPE geomembrane, the brochure says production and testing refer to GRI practice, ASTM methods, CJ/T 234-2006 and GB/T 17643-1998. No CE mark, notified-body number, or ASTM listing is shown, and none is displayed on this site. If your specification requires a third-party report, ask for it with the grade and the lot.
